What's included
More information
2,000+ practice questions covering the skills the Luiss Test assesses — logical reasoning, problem solving, mathematics, plus numerical, verbal and reading question families — with full-length 50-question mocks in the real 75-minute format and the real scoring scheme. Every question is auto-graded with a step-by-step worked solution, so you can practise until the whole test feels routine.
The Luiss Test explicitly assesses mathematical skills. Our bank covers the full ground a logic-and-aptitude test can draw on:
- Algebra: equations, inequalities, systems, powers and radicals
- Functions and graphs: including logs and exponentials
- Geometry & analytical geometry: shapes, lines and curves
- Numbers: percentages, ordering, unit conversions
- Discrete maths: permutations, combinations, counting
- Probability & statistics: from basics to conditional probability
All auto-graded with worked solutions.
The aptitude-reasoning core of the Luiss Test: deductions and syllogisms, necessary vs sufficient conditions, logic puzzles, and multi-step problem solving with rates, percentages, work and time. Every item carries a step-by-step worked solution.
Reasoning over data rather than advanced maths: reading charts and tables correctly, separating relevant from superfluous information, and calculating fast. A high-yield skill on any aptitude test.
Arguments taken apart: premises, conclusions and hidden assumptions, and which statement strengthens or weakens the reasoning — the verbal-aptitude family that psycho-aptitude tests draw on.
SAT-style passage work: explicit information and implicit meaning, judged on the evidence of the text alone. Luiss describes its test as inspired by the SAT model — this is the corresponding verbal skill, trained deliberately.
Full-length 50-question / 75-minute mocks with mixed question families, auto-graded with the real Luiss scheme (+1 correct, −0.25 wrong, 0 blank) against the 60/100 admissibility floor. Every question has a step-by-step worked solution.
At Luiss, the test is everything
Luiss ranks candidates exclusively by test score — there is no school-grade component — and you get one attempt per session. Every point of preparation counts double.
- 100%
- of the admission decision is your test score — no GPA component
- 60/100
- minimum score required to be admissible
- 2,000+
- practice questions in the bank — every one with a worked solution
Per Luiss's official admissions information. The full 2027/28 admission notice publishes in October 2026; this page is updated the day it drops.
The core of the Luiss Test
Luiss names logical reasoning and problem solving first for a reason. Deductions, syllogisms, conditions and multi-step puzzles — drilled with worked reasoning until the patterns are automatic.
- Deductions, syllogisms and set logic
- Necessary vs sufficient conditions
- Multi-step problem solving under time

Mathematical skills, fully covered
From algebra and functions to probability and statistics — the full ground the test can draw on, auto-graded with step-by-step worked solutions.
- Equations, inequalities and functions
- Percentages, counting and probability
- Worked solutions for every item

Read the data, not the formula
Charts, tables, quantities: separate what matters from what doesn't and calculate fast. The calculations stay simple — the reading is the skill.
- Charts, tables and data interpretation
- Relevant vs superfluous information
- Fast, simple calculation under time

The verbal side of psycho-aptitude
Argument analysis plus SAT-style passage comprehension — explicit information, implicit meaning, and evidence-only judgement.
- Premises, conclusions, hidden assumptions
- Strengthen / weaken judgements
- Passage comprehension, SAT-style

The whole test, exactly as it feels
50 questions in 75 minutes with the real +1 / −0.25 / 0 scheme — pacing, pressure and the skip-vs-answer decision, trained before it counts.
- Real Luiss scoring on every mock
- Mixed question families, like the real test
- Timed simulation that builds pacing

Apply for the Luiss Test
For 2027/28, first-session applications run from October 2026 to 10 February 2027 (participation fee €150). Your degree-course choice at application is binding.
Take the test
The first session is administered online 22–26 February 2027, with live proctoring. One attempt per session — and admission is decided by your score alone.
Practice access
Your access runs through the full 2027/28 Luiss admissions cycle, covering both test sessions.
